Security Specifications

Your data security and privacy are our top priority. That's why Infodatek Group is ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified, meeting internationally recognised information security standards. On top of that, RentMagic includes additional security measures to keep your rental operations safe.

SSL Certificate

All connections to RentMagic use SSL certificates that encrypt your data through secure https connections. You can check the current rating of our SSL certificates via this link.

Separated Environments

We've designed our architecture so that each client's environment is physically separated. You get your own application containers and dedicated database. This means your data never mixes with other RentMagic users data.

Daily Backups

We create secure backups of your data daily at multiple locations. These backups are stored for up to 30 days, so you're always covered.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Beyond your unique username and password, we offer multi-factor authentication. We strongly recommend enabling this for your account. Your passwords are never stored as readable text - we keep them as irreversible hashes in our database.

Rights and Authorisation

With detailed user roles, you can assign specific modules and activities to specific people in your team. You control who sees what.

GDPR Compliance

RentMagic lets you register your organisation's GDPR contact person and digitally sign processing agreements. Our dedicated GDPR compliance page shows exactly who has (or had) access to personal data and how.
