What is email history?

In the Email history module you can view all emails sent and delete them if necessary. After the system automatically sends an email, a copy of it is automatically kept in the email history. This makes it always possible to find out whether an email has actually been sent. You can compare this functionality with Sent items in for example Outlook.

Note: If an email is shown in the email history, there is not yet a full guarantee that the email has arrived at the receiving party. It is best to obtain more information about this from your system administrator.
