Dashboarding

You can use the dashboard for daily information and quick access to most popular modules in RentMagic. The dashboard is customizable per organization and the information will adjust automatically per warehouse or location. An integration with Office 365 PowerBI is possible for creating more specific and extensive dashboards.

Planning and work preparation

Planning is important in a larger environment. It is important to be able helping people quickly as possible in busy situations. To properly anticipate, a thoughtful planning is essential. In RentMagic it is possible to view schedules per warehouse. Returning products are also visible on the planning. In a busy period it is possible to load balance certain jobs.

Availability and stock

RentMagic indicates the availability of products at a certain time with the use of a smart algorithm. The system also takes into account reservations and standing orders without specific return date. Product stocks can be replenished from a procurement advisory report. Services, such as maintenance, cleaning and inspection could be taken into account during planning. These services are all set per item. Availability is visualized in a timeline chart that you can zoom and shift. The timeline can also be used to increase stocklevels.

Distribution and collection

RentMagic allows you to easily distribute and collect items. At the time of returning RentMagic automatically determines to which customer and person the active product is linked. Issuance is possible with generic products, but also with unique items (bar code numbers). Furthermore, RentMagic supports selling products. All events are meticulously kept for a clear history.
Rent Magic also provides the option to enter long-term contracts, in that case an estimated return date is not a must.

Quotations, orders and invoices

With Rent Magic is it possible to prepare quotations with clever price calculations. After quotation approval orders can be created with one push of a button and products can be reserved. With a price agreement it is possible to use pre-set prices or discounts on invoices. Interim billing for long-term projects is indeed also possible. Overall, very flexible. Quotations, order confirmations, packing slips and invoices can be sent by e-mail.

Warehouses and locations

Depending on the dimension of the warehouse, it is possible to create storage locations for the products. RentMagic facilitates the entire logistic process, from picking and preparing of orders to dispatch. Express delivery is also possible. You can completely customize these settings and functions to meet your needs.

Powerful product pricing

RentMagic is a great solution for wholesalers and producers. In some situations organizations make use of different price lists or price agreements per customer. Product prices (even per period) can be defined dynamically in RentMagic, whereby prices can be set on both products and product groups. These can also be assigned to customers or customer groups. Special promotional prices can be set and contract prices can be entered in advance, for example before the first of January of next year.

Flexible periods

The dynamics for the issuance of products is important. Each issue process works differently. With RentMagic you can tweak the maximum issue period for each product or product group. Do you work with weeks, working weeks or days? Or do you rent your products per hour? All possible periods can be created and attached to your product with the corresponding prices. Besides periods you can insert time sheets or mileages separately.

Reporting

Reports can be customized in Rent Magic. You are completely free in the layout and design, because Rent Magic features a built-in report generator. In addition to standard reports, it is also possible to connect with other reporting tools or data analysis systems for drawing up statistics.

Product sets

In addition to the use of normal (rental) products, it's also possible to make product compositions or sets. By creating compositions it's almost impossible to forget products while making quotations or reservations. Rental and sales products can be combined in compositions to sell certain accessories, required for a product.
